I am excited and honoured to be the Founder-Chairperson of the esteemed Indian Institute of Creative Skills (IICS). It will be my profound responsibility to lead a collective journey of excellence in education in the field of Media & Entertainment.

I belong to a small village of Kerala. I owe the honour of my journey from Vilakupara to the world’s most prestigious stages, to my alma mater, my teachers and mentors… My training! I strongly believe in the transformative power of mentorship which paves access to world-class learning.

My vision for IICS is clear: to build India's first creative incubator for skilling, where passion meets purpose and talent is meticulously nurtured. We will be the IIT and IIM of Media and Entertainment education, rooted deeply in India's rich storytelling heritage while embracing global innovation. I dream to build IICS as a prestigious international franchise.

Together with the Media & Entertainment Skills Council (MESC), with the support of Government of India and unwavering collaboration of industry stalwarts like Padma Shri Dr. Shankar Mahadevan, we are committed to empower the next generation of filmmakers, audio-visual technicians, performers, animators, musicians, digital creators and other creative worriers with best of education and training.

All our courses are specially curated with foundation training, practical lessons, industry-relevant training that transforms aspirations into thriving professional careers, making India the "Skill Capital of the World" in the creative arts.

With my brilliant team and the best of creative minds across the international field of Media & Entertainment industry as mentors, advisors, collaborators, placement partners etc. we are building futures - one skill, one story, one dream at a time.
